I am absolutely shocked, stunned and filled with profound sorrow. What a truly remarkable woman - a force of nature whose light touched everyone fortunate enough to cross her path. To her family, children, and loved ones, I extend my deepest condolences, knowing that words cannot fully mend the void left by her passing. Sarah was a symphony of strength and grace: vibrant, passionate, and tenacious in every endeavor. A mentor with kind and confident wings, she lifted others up, challenging them to soar beyond their limits. Her unwavering dedication and firm guidance shaped countless of RAF careers, turning fledgling Commissioned, and Non-Commisioned Officers ambitions into soaring successes. To be trained by Sarah was to be inspired - to learn not just the mechanics of a role, but the courage to own it fearlessly. As a Fighter Controller, she embodied daring and precision, her confidence as unshakable as her heart was tender. She navigated high-stakes skies with emotional depth, proving that true strength lies in balancing resolve with compassion. To her team, Sarah was more than a leader; she was a protector, fiercely loyal to those she called her own.

Paul, may you and your family find solace in knowing that her impact was immeasurable, her love indelible, and her memory a beacon for all who strive to live with her same fire and heart. May Sarah rest now, her wings may carry her beyond our sight, and from her working roots, she may be a fading response, but the skies she helped others to conquer, each contrail will forever bear her name.
